kiki’s delivery service (魔女の宅急便) is a japanese animated film produced, written and directed by hayao miyazaki in 1989. it was based off a novel of the same title and the movie is based around the themes of growing up, imagination, creativity, talent, inner-self discovery, hard work and confidence of the film’s protagonist, kiki.
